A terrace area, roughly 10 feet deep and 25 feet wide, on East 91st Street in Manhattan. The existing cinderblock wall had to be destroyed, dismantled and carted away through the ground floor apartment, replaced by limestone on the vertical surfaces and New York State blue stone on the horizontal surfaces.
